When you can’t visit us and need our help, we assist clients with any IT-related needs that can be handled over the phone or with a remote session to their devices. We understand your time and support you with remote sessions so that you don’t have to disturb your schedule. We have the remote support of servers, network equipment, laptops/workstations, etc. Usually, we correspond with managed services contracts and break/fix service calls.
